So after the past 2 writing in a journal everything I ate, I realized I eat too much calories. By too much, I mean like 2000ish calories a day. I need to bring my intake back down. I lose weigh when I am around 1000 calories plus exercise. I do believe I have a slow metabolism which doesn't work to my advantage. Today I decided I am going to try the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels. I have tried it once before, and it is a 20 minute kick ass workout!
I couldn't bring myself to purchase it until I try it out for 30 days. I would like to make sure this is going to work, I hate buying dvd's then adding them to my collection of dvd's that just collect dust. I will report back how I feel starting tomorrow. I do know I was sore for 4 days last time I tried it.
