Breakfast:
Egg and cheese sandwich on wheat bread
Lunch:
1/4 lb hot dog
on Italian hot dog bun with ketchup, mustard, relish, and onions
Snack:
2 tiny squares of dark German chocolate
Dinner:
ultimate sausage cheese pizza from the recipe in the post below
Drinks:
5 cup of water
1 cup of milk
1 cup of lemonade
